It’s an annual tradition like no other. That’s right — I’m talking about the Third Annual Therapy Session podcast where yours truly, Peter Kaye, hops on the South of the 6ix podcast, hosted by the one and only Adam Corsair, to let it all out. We air our grievances and frustrations while also basking in the glow of a fun and wild title defense.

In 2018, we were both emotionally raw after another dispiriting sweep courtesy of LeBron. There’s part of me that wants to go back and listen to that episode — but there’s a part of me that is too scared to go back as well. It was one of those playoff exits that had me questioning why I even follow sports in the first place. Thus, the first ever Raptors Therapy Session was born.

In 2019, we were joyous. We were celebratory. We were getting our fingers measured for championship rings. We didn’t have a Therapy Session so much as we had a serenity now episode. Then Kawhi bolted town and we had to have a He Go Therapy Session.

In 2020, well, I guess you’re about to find out!

In this episode we discuss Siakam’s struggles, the toxicity and hypocrisy of Raptors Twitter, and we discuss the respective futures of Lowry, FVV, OG, Gasol, and Ibaka (and so much more). Give it a listen:
